BOOKING & POLICY
Deposits made to hold a booking are non refundable. If there is a cancellation within a week of the event ,you are subject to pay the full amount unless otherwise discussed. If you book less than two weeks prior to your event, there will be a late service fee. Set ups are included in booking, take downs are not. Please specify if you would like to add on take down services.
Invoices not paid within 2 weeks of receiving are subject to a 50% charge of total invoice and additional late fees every week payment is not made.
